Lia launched PPS to advise & support clients on impactful ways to address critical global issues. She has been consulting with brands on their sustainability initiatives since 2015. With a background in international ocean conservation, Lia's global network provides excellent opportunities to connect innovators with organizations seeking ways to participate in solutions.

Valerie brings her business insight and strategic approach to client project management, delivering customized research, reports, competitive analysis, communications strategies and creative content for our clients' high-impact sustainability initiatives.

Caroline Reece joined PPS as an intern in 2018. She is a student at the Honors College of Charleston, studying political science and environmental and sustainability studies. She helps the PPS team with policy briefs, research and data entry.
Kara Woodring

Kara has worked in the foodservice and distribution industry for over 6 years helping restaurants and businesses implement sustainability goals and decrease their plastic footprint. Working in sales, marketing, website development, and sustainability, Kara has a diverse background that allows her to help a vast array of clients for PPS.
Isabelle Sui
Advisor
Isabelle has worked for C3 Presents to help bring recycling and composting initiatives to festivals across the country. She also worked for Live Nation to help launch a sustainability pilot with select venues and artists. She advises PPS on select projects.
